At Bona Fide, we want you to feel confident in your performance gear; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact and the product is securely protected for transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
